Roketa Cayman MC-27 150cc

This scooter was purchased new via the internet for only around $1,000 shipped a couple of years ago. Even after hearing a lot of negative comments about Roketa at the time, the owner decided to take a chance on it. It ended up being a nice scoot. I uncrated it and helped the owner assemble it. It appeared to be right on par with my Vento scooters. It's a Chinese scooter, so it's not top notch like a Vespa, Honda, etc... but it's not junk like some people were saying Roketa's were at that time.

This scooter has a modified stock muffler, K&N air filter, larger pilot and main jets, modified and removed fenders, relocated rear turn signals, and under-scoot lighting. The Roketa now has roughly 2,500 miles on the odometer, and has remained trouble free. It's needed nothing more than regular oil changes and a valve adjustment so far.
